Our Classes
Hatha
This class is appropriate for those in their beginning stages of their yoga practice. These classes will incorporate poses on your mat and standing and will require some ability to get up and down from your mat. Classes are taught by our experienced instructors, who will share modifications you may need.
This class is appropriate for those who have some experience and may be looking for more of a challenge. With a focus on warming up the body and then moving into a flow, linking poses together then winding down with stretching before moving into the final pose of relaxation, savasana.
Slow Flow’s tempo is less than a Vinyasa class but incorporates the foundations of Vinyasa.
Vinyasa & Slow Flow
Yin
This class is appropriate for any student. Yin is a time to slow down, be still while stretching the body. This practice is mostly in seated, laying on your back or stomach. If you need the time to de-stress and find some calm, a Yin class is a perfect fit.
Prenatal Yoga
Moms-to-be are welcome in any of our classes as our teachers can offer adaptations for certain poses for the different times in pregnancy.
Our Prenatal class will guide you through gentle yoga strengthening and stretching along with breathing exercises to help moms-to-be care for themselves during this special time.

Corporate Classes
Employers are able to provide an added benefit and convenience of providing onsite yoga classes to their employees. Please contact us directly to speak to your company’s specific needs.
Private Group Classes
Our teachers are available to lead classes at your home or other site to celebrate various life event or fun get together. Our studio is also available. Reach out to us to plan an event.
