Message & Meditation:
Vince Lisi brings his Message & Meditation on the second Sunday of each month from 10-11am, it has a message based on the Course in Miracles principles, which is followed by a meditation. Vince is the principal teacher and program director of Now Creations. Vince is presently on the faculties of philosophy and religious studies at Youngstown State University.
Walk-ins are welcome at this spiritually enlightening event.

Ashaya Yoga® In-Depth Study/200 Hour Teacher Training Program:

Bring deeper meaning to the practice of yoga and learn how to inspire others.
Open to those who want to become a certified yoga teacher as well as those wanting to expand their own knowledge and practice. The nine month long format immerses you into giving birth to practicing and teaching yoga in this style. Training is held both at the center (SYC) and at the Hoosier Village Community Center (HVCC) 9909 Purple Plum Lane, Indianapolis 46268. It begins with a four day immersion at HVCC on September 8-10 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. then is held one weekend per month with the Friday and Sunday sessions at SYC and the Saturday sessions at HVCC. The weekend training will be on Fridays from 6-9 p.m. at Source Yoga; Saturdays from 9:30 a.m.- 6 p.m. at Hoosier Village on Sundays from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. at Source Yoga.
Dates are: September 8-10; October 6-8; November 3-5 and December 1-3, 2017, as well as January 5-7, February 2-4, March 2-4, April 6-8, 2018 with graduation weekend on May 4-6, 2018.
The teachers for this program are: Janie Gunn, owner and Mark Killion. Tuition is $2200 if paid by July 8; $2600 if paid by August 8; and $3000 if paid by September 8. Weekly Meditation Group:
A local Buddhist meditation group gathers at the center every Tuesday evening from 8:15-9:15 p.m. Newcomers welcome. They do a combination of seated meditation, walking meditation and mantra meditation. Meditation has many benefits. It calms your mind, lowers blood pressure and most importantly connects you to your heart and spirit.
Donation of $5 is suggested.
Source Yoga hosts prenatal yoga classes Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:15.
Taught by certified prenatal yoga instructor Lauren Windle, this soothing class guides moms-to-be through gentle yoga poses to increase energy, reduce stress, and support a healthier pregnancy and delivery. No prior yoga experience necessary.
