Weekly Meditation Group:
A local Buddhist meditation group gathers at the center every Tuesday evening from 8:15-9:15 p.m. Newcomers welcome. They do a combination of seated meditation, walking meditation and mantra meditation. Meditation has many benefits. It calms your mind, lowers blood pressure and most importantly connects you to your heart and spirit.
Donation of $5 is suggested.
